Each month we cater a business lunch for a local group of women. This month we served Lime chicken with strawberry feta salsa, asparagus with raspberry vinaigrette, lemon pasta salad with sugar snap peas, apple harvest salad, farmhouse salad with a basil lime vinaigrette, zucchini bread, raspberry bars and graham toffee bars.

ME Catering created a "Green" baby shower this past weekend with vintage china plates, antique white linen napkins tied with raffia, mason jars for ice tea, vanilla lemonade, spa water and wine. Our menu was centered around organic sustainable produce from Underwood Farms and meats from Hearst Ranch and Laura's Farms. We used wheat grass, birds nest and blown out eggs as our centerpieces to compliment the comfort of our hostess's backyard. The mom-to-be radiated serenity to her invited guests and wove a tapestry of wonderful memories.
