Last night we had such a great time celebrating a casino themed birthday party. Guests enjoyed grazing on a salad bar, burger bar, assorted cheeses with crackers, a vegetable platter, chicken skewers, egg rolls with a ginger mustard, tri tip rolled with with spring onions, and assorted puff pastries. For dessert we made hot chocolate brownies, pumpkin spice cookies, and rice crispy bites. We wish you the happiest of birthdays and cheers with you to many more.

Today we gave thanks and celebrated another year of health and happiness with our annual Thankgiving dinner with a family at Friendly Valley. They feasted on both turkey and brown sugar and maple glazed ham with all the trimmings, including our maple and dill glazed carrots, creamed corn, cranberry apple stuffing, and mashed potatoes. All was paired with our apple harvest salad and assorted bread rolls.

Tonight we celebrated the love between two beautiful people. The night was filled with delicious appetizers, including our veggie platter with hummus, meat and cheese platter, jalapeno cornbread madelines with guacamole and mango salsa, bruschetta and garlic crostinis, peppered chips with a honey blue cheese dip, chicken taquitos with guacamole, cranberry meatballs, rolled tri-tip with a soy chili ajus, maple rosemary mixed nuts, and herb stuffed mushrooms. Cheers to many more magical years together.
Yesterday we had the pleasure of cooking for a deanery meeting at a local Catholic church in the San Fernando Valley. The priests were able to choose from our famous apple harvest salad, maple glazed carrots, a chili spiced salmon, and beef bourguignon over rice. For dessert we had a Butterfinger and Reeses peanut butter cup cheesecake, pumpkin pie bites, and lemon bites.
Because of the store's relocation to the Patios at the Valencia Westfield Mall, we had yet another opportunity to work with the amazing White House/Black Market company! We celebrated with a dessert bar filled with goodies. Customers were able to enjoy peppermint red velvet whoopie cakes, raspberry bars, blueberry and also chocolate coconut biscotti, autumn bark, chocolate tassies, hot chocolate and raspberry brownies, rice crispy bites, peppermint crisp cookies, and lemon and chocolate cinnamon madelines. Our yogurt pretzel bar and cucumber strawberry spa water was also a hit with the crowd. Congratulations on the beautiful new store Valencia White House/Black Market!
